welcome to planet earth
I love it when these wanna be buyer idiots look the other way. I'll keep buying more rental properties.
And, thanks to the patient people of zillow, a stark raving lunatic is kept off the streets of seattle... City out to give us some kind of award.
There is more than one way to be "priced out". John Wayne was "priced out" by "dying".
I love it when these fictious characters keep saying they will keep buying more rental properties when they have not bought any property and don't even exist, and the person that created the fictious identities doesn't have sufficient resources to even buy one additional property.
I've actually been 'priced in'.
I sold my place in NJ in 2005 for over $500K more than I originally bought it for only a few years prior.
I wasn't even really planning to move, but, when someone with more money than brains comes and offers 'lottary winnings', who am I to argue.
Now all that money in the bank (actually a mix of muni-bonds) my monthly costs of living are paid for by the interest.
Now, I can actually buy back into the same neighborhood for $200K less than what I sold out of it for 3 years ago. But, I think I'll wait a bit longer, there's some real comp killers hitting the Bergen County NJ market now.
Yeah, the money I made from selling is more than paying my rent right now, while I make about $150 a day by not buying. It's fun as hell.
And, thanks to the patient people of zillow, a stark raving lunatic is kept off the streets of seattle...
Warn us next time before you type something worthy of water spit all over the screen. LMAO
Bitter renters need to get a life.
Poor Johnnie Boy.......someone cut your *ick this morning when ya woke up? Your a real pill for someone who just graced us with your presense (not).
You can tell who is on the reverse-equity hook around here. Must suck to wake up every morning that much poorer...
You know what this blog sounds alot like one I read 5 minutes ago. My mistake it is just with a different name. Come on, if you have the resources to own a home, Great. If you have the resources to own more than one home and rent it out, Good for you! If you have the money to buy a home and chose not to, so what. If you have not reach the point where you can buy a home or thinking about buying and you are nervous, no problem. Everyone is not at the same level in their life, some people will never get there. No one bitter cause they are renting all that matters is there is a roof over there head. With hard work, saving, planing or even hhelp from the goverment that day will come. You have to crawl before you walk.
The problem with these bitter renters are, they are calling homeowners ignorant and they think they are better off that homeowners. It doesn't add up.
Moved to mixed bag...
