Double Entry

Profile picture for alana_z
Our house has two *prices* on it. One for 713k and the other for 1.11k
How do you get it to be ONE price there? I have entered information there to make it current info...but the two are confusing. 38580 Celine Cove, Murrieta, CA

There are times when two or more properties are assigned to one address. This happens because we receive house location, street map, and satellite image data from different sources. We place these layers of data on top of each other to create our maps and sometimes multiple results for one address comes up when performing searches.

It’s a complex problem and we’re working on it. However, this problem only impacts the map itself, and not the home facts and Zestimate value on the website which is associated with the correct home.

In this case, we would suggest that you claim the ownership of the home which matches the details of your true property.

We apologize for the confusion.

alana_z,
As JeAr states we are working on addressing this problem. I can already tell you that one of these is a duplicate and will be removed from the site in a very near future along with other similar situations across the US.
