CSV for individual houses??
No, was never on this site. The local info data is summary data, and is already in Excel format, no CSV files.
The list mode for the search results did allow direct copy and paste to Excel, but that was discontinued within a few months of it being introduced due to lack of use (less than 2% of those searching), and those using that format not opening the home details pages.
On the other hand, the chart trend data (such as Zestimate) for each home is still available in a semi-comma delineated format; but the format changed slightly, requiring a bit more substitution:
The webpage address for the chart data is:
http://www.zillow.com/ajax/homedetail/HomeValueChartData.htm?mt=1&zpid=#&format=json
where # is replaced by the Zillow Property Identification number, as used in the URL address for the home details page, and also indicated on the home detail page.
You need to replace },{ with the "enter" character. And the date is now in modified UNIX time, using "milliseconds" since December 31, 1969 instead of seconds. Thus a small conversion needed in Excel.
