Ubaten what is the purpose of the question? Are you an agent trying to improve your business or are you a buyer prospect looking at homes. If you are a buyer your agent should be pre-screening and automatically sending you listings that meet your criteria. Zillow is a great starting point.

Unfortunately, there are many different sources that feed Zillow with information.  If your home is listed with an agent, the info may be coming from both the agents personal website, as well as their company website, and their local MLS.  From what I have been able to tell, there is no way to combine this information.
