Good read, thanks Rudi.  I'm surprised Mr. Cuomo isn't down south somewhere on 100 acres with some of his friends.

Rudy

I love it.  If the public only knew.

Basically, he made " Kickbacks ' legal by making changes to RESPA section 8.  The change was originally termed " Controlled Business Arrangement " but after so much uproar renamed the change to " Affiliated Business Arrangement "

I'm sure we all are familiar with that issue.

Nothing but political posturing... the article would not have even been written if people weren't pressuring the guy to run for political office.

Of course HUD has been the major source of financial problems across the United States since the 1930's; but to blame the director for the mandates from congress seems quite foolish.  And he hasn't even been in that office since 2001.  That is almost 9 years ago.

Everyone knows it is the major backers of the Republicans and Democrats that created this mess.  Fire all Republicans and all Democrats and keep them out of public office, and you might start correcting some of the problems; but probably not as the people that buy the decisions will just buy the decisions from whoever you put in office.
