Educating your clientsWe as Real Estate agents need to educate our buyrs and sellers. Buyers need to know the true value of a home, so realistic contracts will be drawn up. Sellers need to know the real value of their home also. Too many sellers demand a certain price for their home, when in all reality it's just not going to sell on today's market.We need to educate them. It's our job to do our best for them. Stand your ground and maybe people will catch on that homes are being priced right and there's no reason to lowball and try to "steal" a home. It will save us from wasting our time on contracts we know are going to be rejected.
