The Zestimate on my house,which is on the market, is too low. I can't get you to change it so R E M O V E my home from your web site.

I have written to you before to REMOVE my home. What do I have to do to get you to remove it? You do NOT have permission to advertise my home.

Kay.

I am new to Zillow so I am curious what you feel is wrong? I assume the only issue is the value as the corrected facts are pretty close to the original information shown for the property.

As an agent what do you think is causing the gulf? Is it just the selection of comps that you are using vs. what the system has chosen?

I'm sorry, we don't remove homes from Zillow.

If you reply with your address I'll be able to give you some feedback on your Zestimate. An inaccurate Zestimate could be caused by incomplete or incorrect data about your home - which is pretty easy to explain to anyone who asks.

Please consider taking advantage of the free tools we offer sellers and post your home for sale on Zillow - when you do, your price replaces the Zestimate as the most prominent info on your detail page. You could also publish updated facts about your home - and use those to calculate and publish an updated estimate (using "My Estimator".)
