Email about home value. 112 Redan Houston

I received an email about my home value decreasing but it also said it is for sale.  The home is not for sale and is not in MLS for sale.  I put it in the system for rent and it has been rented.  There might be an issue with your data pulling system.  Please update that 112 Redan Houston, Tx. 77009 is not for sale.

This is a Zestimate. In most cases, homes that have Zestimates are neither for rent or for sale. Hopefully this has been resolved to your satisfaction.
