Evan - Listings are tied to Profiles/Account via the email address. So you are recieving a report with listings that have that same email address on them (email address provided in the data source).
So if your email with Postlets was evan@google.com and your email with VFlyer was even@yahoo.com - and both were being used for synidcation - only those with whatever email you used to create your profile would appear.
If you scroll to the bottom of a listing, you can see the data source.
As far as the counts not matching, check the time frame, make sure you are matching cum with monthly?

I have notice two other things:
1. The property views on the website and the property views on the listing report that get emailed are substantially different.
2. Not all of my listing are emailed in the listing report.

With the new home details page, there is actually a chart of the page views for every home. To see it, go the listing's page (here's an example listing in LA), scroll down to the chart. Pick the radio button for Page Views. You should see something like this.
On the list of things we'd like to do is to make it easier to email to a client just a single home's report. For now, I'm afraid you'll have to copy the section out of the grouped report and paste it into an individual email for your client.
We also know that it would be cool to chart page views further back in time. It's also on our "honey do" list.

Michael - Sorry that you are frustrated. The reports are a two part process, and we are still working on part two, which will be the ability to forward. We thought it was more important to at least get the traffic numbers in your hands first, and then let you decide what information you'd like to forward on. The next step will indeed be making this process more automated.
On a separate note, I am confused why you are saying that we are making you pay $10. I see that you are a Keller Williams agent and all KW listings are automatically sent to us by them on your behalf and appear on the site for free? So if you only goal is to have your listings appear, then that should be happening for you for free automatically. However, because you are paying the $10, your listings are being featured, or showing up at the top of user search results.
If you are looking for this enhanced advertising, I highly recommend that you give our sales people a call at 866-324-4005, because I know they can help you apply these ad dollars in a much effective way that will drive you a lot more contacts. However, if you aren't interested in advertising, then you should need to spend the $10/listing for 6 months of advertising.

Zillow is RIDICULOUS. Now they charge me $10. If I have more than one listing, and I do, then they send one big fat listing activity report. BUT I cannot email it individually to my seller client. So what is the use of having a listing activity report sent ONLY to me? Just frustrated.

There is a view counter on each page. Look above the main property photo in the right hand corner. We periodically (about every two weeks) email you activity reports for any listings you have online. There isn't a place to log on and generate a report on demand. But the counter should help you.

great question, 10 minutes looking for the "How" with no results, yet I have a client that doesn't think we are driving traffic to their home!
