Error in 3813 Nathan Dr., Idaho Falls, ID 1997 selling price

I don't know where you got the $173,000 "selling" price for this property.  That was below the builder's contract price, and did not include cost of lot, fence, landscape, patio cover, added air conditioning, added bedroom, window well covers, etc.

I request you remove this figure immediately.

Grant, I know you have since sold the home so you likely are no longer concerned, but given that the source of that price says "public record," I would guess that was the county's assessed value of the home at the time you purchased it. The add-ons you negotiated with the builder were likely not taken into consideration (which likely also helped you with lower taxes).
