Error: this account is not authorized to execute this API call

When I try to run the example API script for GetSearchResults (using the zws-id I got from signing up) I keep getting the error about not authorized to execute this API call.

Here is what I am running (zws-id removed):

http://www.zillow.com/webservice/GetSearchResults.htm?zws-id=xx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx_xxxx&address=2114+Bigelow+Ave&citystatezip=Seattle%2C+WA

Any ideas?

According to my profile I have access to the Property Details API but if I try to add any other APIs or remove this one I always get an error message "Server Unavailable.  Our engineers are working on this issue".  Been getting this error for over a week now.

Probably your account has no authorized to execute the GetSearchResults API call . you may add it to your account by open your account and check in the check box options.
