Estimate is MUCH lower than smaller homes on same street in WORSE condition. Need correction. How?

Profile picture for TKSK
Zillow is hurting us with a low value estimate that makes no sense. Our house is larger and in much better condition than smaller homes on our street and yet the estimates of value on those homes is much higher. Similarly sized homes are also valued higher, but have not done the remodeling we have done, and they are valued higher.  How do we get off of Zillow or get the estimate corrected? Zillow should be sued by home owners who are subjected to such obviously errors.

Make sure you "claim" your home, then you can create your own estimate by adding value for upgrades you have done.  You can also add a comment to your listing that explains the value better.  Be sure to update as much as you can about your features.  Of course, if your home is listed, you can ask your agent to do this for you.
