Estimate?

This site sucks. Why would my unit, 403, show $590k and 401 at $480k?

Hey...I'll buy your unit if you'll buy mine. LOL!

The discrepancy between zillow's stated value for those two units is because one has been manually entered and the other was automatically calculated by zillow. The site automatically calculates value based on past property sales, which are sometimes farther away and further back in time than a Realtor might use, particularly in a shifting market. If we were in a seller's market, with low inventory and high demand, it's possible that a condo in your building might fetch in the high $500K's. However, we're currently in a buyer's market, where inventory is high and demand is extremely low. That's brought the prices down considerably, meaning the lower price is probably a more accurate representation of value. Sorry.

HAHA! That's a good question. One thing that may make a difference is you have central air, right? We don't. Aside from that, I'm not sure. This market is KILLING me!
