FHA Down Payments Changing or Just the Max Amt?

Profile picture for Bill23112
Hello. Tomorrow the FHA loan limits are set to reduce in my area to $625K. I read that the down payment requirements might be changing as well. So, if I were to apply for a $625K FHA loan on october 1, what are the new minimum down payment requirements? Did the FHA down payment requirments change as well? Thanks in advance. -Bill

Down payment requirements have not changed.  You can still go with 3.5% down.
