FHA Loan Henderson / Las Vegas Telecommute For Work

So I work in Los Angeles, but I can work from home. I can't afford to buy a home in the area, and I'm thinking I should move to Las Vegas, and telecommute. My work is more than happy to have me work from home. Will it be a problem to get a FHA loan in the Las Vegas / Henderson area? How can I prove I live there, but work from home?

Not a problem. I closed several last year for a group of friends who were all screen writers in LA. It does involve a little bit of additional documentation and an LO who is willing to make the case when an uninformed underwriter says" You can't do that". It is certainly doable though. I would be more than happy to explain the requirements in detail.
