FHA Streamline Through Roundpoint

I have been looking to do an fha streamline for a few days I first got a quote through Quicken loans at 3.75 and they wanted a $400 deposit so I decided to keep shopping.

I contacted roundpoint through zillow and was quoted a 3.25 rate with nothing out of pocket. I was told my PMI will increase but I will still save money.

After seeing some reviews about roundpoint I am now unsure if this is even going to workout.

I am not sure where else to go or who to contact or if I should just stay with roundpoint

Any help would be appreciated thanks

Contact Joe, he is well respected, in your state and has competitive pricing. Nothing out of pocket isn't necessarily the best structure if it means financing the 1.75 UFMIP into your new loan. You have to also consider how much fee you are paying to ensure you have a solid proposal.
