FHA appraisal repairs complete, whole home re-appraisal/inspection requiredf?

Informed by the buyer's loan officer that the same FHA appraiser needs to now go in and confirm the handrail condition has been met. Since the first FHA appraisal, the electric has been turned off, scheduled by me because it was supposed to be closed on already...of course. Is this going to cause me another issue with the final FHA appraisal?

The FHA appraisor that originaly did the appraisal is going to come back out and take pictures of the hand railing and add it to his original appraisal along with a note that all violations have been satisfied.  If you have the appraisers number you can call him and see if it is ok to have the power off since it has already been inspected.  His number should be listed on the appraisal.

If I were you, I would have the electric service turned back on.  You never know what time the appraiser might go to your house or if he will have a new issue if he cannot turn on a light switch.
