FHA qualification

If I've never applied for or taken out a mortgage but my fiance recently added me to the deed on his condo, can I still qualify as a first time homebuyer?  I've never bought a home, but I guess I am now partial owner of one.  Is there anyway around that?

Are you looking to buy a house to live in?  Refinance with your fiancée?

You don't need to be a first time home buyer for FHA but you do need to live in the property you are buying.
