FHA streamline refinance

I too am considering an FHA streamline. I'm upside down in my current FHA mortgage.  Current loan balance is $151000 and with current market the home is probably worth 135000.  I'm currently at 7% with 24 years to go, and am being offered a 3.5% no points Streamline through Freedom Mortgage.  It would reduce my payment about $400 a month and I have no plans to move. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Jordan,
Hopefully he/she took my advice 9 months ago.......... your phone will be deleted by Zillow as that is a violation of their Good Neighbor Policy.

I would be more than happy to look into options available to you. I am a senior loan officer for an award winning company. My office phone number is <Removed by Zillow Moderator. Please see Good Neighbor Policy.>  Thanks

How much is your adjusted origination fee?   For your loan size, that offer sounds reasonable as long as your adjusted origination fee is Zero or less.

There might be a slightly better rate out there, but if you are otherwise comfortable with the company you are working with it isn't worth scrambling for considering the large savings you are lined up for.

If that includes all or most of your closing cost, you have waited long enough to get rid of a 7% rate! Get it done....
