Contact your agent and they can contract the listing agent or if you are unrepresented you can contact the listing agency directly. If you are working with a particular lender, they can give you an idea.  The big negatives for FHA are peeling paint and antiquated electrical wiring and, depending on the appraiser's opinion,  a roof that is leaking or in obvious need of  immediate replacement.
