Hi Idierkes,
I am in Westchester County NY. I get calls regarding Craigslist ads that I have placed from both agents and potential buyers. In some of these, you can see how many hits you get so there is a hit counter like Zillow. Other agents in my firm strictly list in the free online ads and 1 agent has sold 8 houses. I like rapidlistings because if you sign up for the FREE account you can also put lender information or any misc. info. that realtors are allowed to put in. When I have an open house, I always ask people how did you hear about it. Myspace is good because I have a business profile and a separate personal profile. I don't accept friends on the business profile but they are allowed on my personal profile. You can check out my myspace business page by clicking on the link in my profile. In my personal profile there is an album section and I put in pictures of my listings, I post on the bulletin boards, both personal and business for upcoming open houses. I also use the blogs to announce new listings and open houses and myspace has a classified section as well. I have gotten business off myspace through realtors on my personal profile. You can add slideshows for free!! It's really cool!

you can also list on sellhomes.com Cost $ 3.00 with an icon. $ 1.00 without. I have a pumping heart on my add. military.com is free I just had a showing yesterday from the military.com classified. hope that helps a little. owners.com is only like $ 49.00 a year and also has a hit counter. I am not an agent, but I have my home listed on quite a few sites for free. Next will be to get a flat fee mls after I repaint into neutral colors next month.
Thanks for sharing your list, Robin - much appreciated!

FREE Online Listing Websites for Agents and Owners
zillow.com (of course) for agents and owners
http://www.mouse-house-tour.com - for agents
kijiji.com - for agents and owners
Onlyopenhouses.com - I am not sure if it is agents only but you can check
craigslist.org - For agents and owners
postlets.com - for agents and owners. This one is really good because you create a single ad and it filters out into other websites including: backpage.com (Village Voice), craigslist.org, edgeio, Google Base, Hot Pads, Oodle, Propsmart, LiveDeal, Vast, trusearch
rapidlistings.com - for agents
newcondosonline.com - agents only.
mandaroon.com - International free classifieds for agents and owners
pressmania.com - agents and owners
listingvue - agents and owners? just check
submittheoffer.com - agents and offers
Myspace.com - owners and agents
I hope this helps.
Robin
