If the Buyer does not use a Realtor, the Buyer may request a contract form from you.  It's a good idea to obtain a residential purchase agreement form from your attorney.

The buyer will make the offer, but both the buyer and seller are responsible for reading, reviewing and understanding the contract.  You may want to have it reviewed by an attorney.

Normally the purchase offer is written up by the buyer (or better yet, the buyer's attorney).
