I didn't get my offer from this site. It was really word of mouth at my work. If your not in a hurry to sell I would go FSBO. It doesn't hurt to try yourself for a couple of weeks. Im getting what I asked for no problems at all.

Only about 1300 is finished. 3 bedrooms 2 bath up stairs and one bedroom finished in the basement. Basement space is all open and is all piped for a 3rd bathroom. There is traffic on our street. Most of the traffic is between 3-6 pm after work. It is not really a rural area. Shopping and eating places are 5 min away.
