Facing Foreclosure, it is very important to keep all of your documents you receive from your lender

Your first reaction may be to tear up and trow away papers you receive from your lender but you should keep your notices.  Notice of acceleration, Notice of default, notice of sale etc.

Reason.  you may find them needed if you find your self in a bankruptcy / adversary procceding.  There are so many new things happening today with this mess that you want to cover your self in case you have to make a decison to file a law suit.

You may find fraud or inconsistancies in your paperwork.  I have seen the same name on clients notices signed completely differently (robo signing) also assignments done on defaulted loans.  These docs are very inportant to keep.
