Fair Rental Value of a Home

I own a 4 bed/3 bath tri-level home.  It has a pool and jacuzzi(not heated) and large yard. It is 1903 square feet and the lot size is 8276 square feet/.019 acres. The home has 2 living room areas and also an office. It also has washer and dryer area inside the home. The house is located on the eastside of town in the 85710 area. How much would a fair rental price be?

The best way to find out is to contact a local Realtor in your area and let them provide you with rental comps. That will be the best way to see what the market will bear. Craigslist will let you see what folks are asking for but a Realtor can provide you with data to let you see what homes have been leased for vs the asking price.

Yes, check with a local Realtor, appraiser or property management company - someone who deals with rentals and tenants alot in your specific area.

You might want to contact a propert management company. You could also see what others are charging in the area on Craigslist. Best of luck.
