Fake Listing?

I am a real estate agent with Bob Rowland Real Estate in Bacliff, TX.  A home owner called me an hour ago very upset because her house at 714 White Ibis Ave., Texas City, TX was listed for sale on your site, and the name of our agency was in one of the data points on the listing.  Her house IS NOT FOR SALE.
1.  How can this listing be removed immediately?
2.  Who posted the listing in our name?
My first urge was to call you, but it seems that you are just simply a computer program with no live human beings at the other end of the phone number.  I also had the devil of a time finding an email address for you on your site.  If this nebulous existence deliberate?  If not, it needs to be fixed with either a "Contact Us" or a "Customer Service".  I'd appreciate hearing from you asap, because the owner of the home in Texas City is very irate.  At us. Thank you.

Hello. I am just a person on the board and not Zillow, but that house address does not look like it is listed for sale here. The page does show an old listing that looks like it may have come from an automatic listings feed with your company name, but there is no feed showing up right now on the page that I can see.

Perhaps an agent entered the wrong address by mistake on Zillow or there was a listing that was already removed from the feed. This house seems to have been sold recently May 2011. The owner has no reason to be upset with you since there is no listing showing up for this house beyond public record.

I am sure that Zillow would remove the sale listing if there was one, but I do not think that they will remove public record since it is available to everyone equally from the local assessor and recorder's office.
