You are not clear in whether "your property" means the one you reside in now or the one you are looking to purchase.
If it is the one you reside in now, it would not qualify. Homepath properties are ones that have been foreclosed upon and are now owned by Fannie Mae. FM then offers special financing (Homepath) to buyer's of those properties.
If you are referencing a home you want to buy, then unless it is listed as a property on the FM site www.homepath.com then it is not eligible for Homepath financing.
Homepath is a great product ... when it fits your needs.

The home must be owned by Fannie Mae to qualify for HomePath mortgage financing. There is a close cousin to the HomePath program called the HomeStyle mortgage program for homes that are in need of repair but are not owned by Fannie Mae.

Homepath is designed for purchases of Fannie Mae Bank owned properties only. www.homepath.com is a list of properties per city.
do not get confused, there are two program homepath mortgage and homepath renovation.
