To keep the good forces of a home in, always keep the toilet seats down. The master bed should be placed farthest from and facing toward the entryway. Make sure the dining room table is uncluttered during showings. The windows are considered to be the eyes of the home so make sure they sparkle!

Most of what you say is common sense. Floorplans with the master in the back of the house work out nice but I see no reason for that doorway to face the front door. If its for spirit reasons or a freeflow who cares. Besides plenty of houses in our low end have the purple paint(or orange) just to keep the spirits out..lol. Clean windows are a must, no chinese interpretation needed. Where do we put the fortune cookie :)
