Filters on the top left

I was searching out of curriosity for just a vacant lot, so I changed the filters on the top left hand side, but then when I switched the filters back to normal, eveythingis still haywire.  It will not show recently sold even though it is check marked.

If you expand the filters with the "more filters" button, there is a "search" button, and that should work with present filter settings.

updating a box doesn't always redo a search, depending on the browser and the script files...
