I have approvals to build a home which, I believe, would be fairly priced at about $4.7 million upon completion.The land is assessed by the tax assessor at $1.26 million as vacant land. I have been offered as much as $1.8 by competing builders.I require about $1.2 million to complete the build and am willing to provide a mortgage on the property as collateral.
