First, I have to say your price of my home is way below what it is based at the Pierce county taxes.

your site shows my house under value by as far as below the tax rate by Pierce County.  What kind of exposure does this bring for me when I pay higher taxes even for this wonderful lake property.  Also, having something here from 2009 isn't what I would like on the site.  I thought after a few years nothing shows from the past and it shows a new listing.  People may think something is wrong with the house if it didn't sell a few years ago.  the market fell and it just couldn't sell.  Can you please take the listing or history off of this address please?  thank you, Laura K
