First time homebuyer checklist

Do you know of any good first time homebuyer checklist you please can point out to? I want to check to make sure I don't overlook anything before I close the deal and then regret the decision later.

Such as, check for leaking foundations, bad wirings, rotten frames, pest issues, bad plumbing, unexpected high utility bills, hidden problems, etc.

Also, I would like to find a good walk-through procedure checklist.

Any other advice will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Zillow has a number of home buying guides, some of which are very useful.

Here's a link. I've not sorted them, so scroll through the pages.    (In the future you can find guides for different areas by making sure the "guides" check box is the only one checked then running a search for an area.

Check with a local Realtor for the stand walk-through form checklist...they'll be happy to email you one. Plus I would check with a licensed inspector and they'll send you a sample home inspection report that is going to be phenomenally thorough and show you what to look for.  Hope this helps!
