Flagged the sale date and price months ago but it's still wrong. Now what?

Profile picture for damcd
Six months ago I flagged the sale date of my home and the sale price as being 8 years out of date. I've repeatedly flagged it since then, but nothing has changed. What can I do to have the correct information reflected on the website?

Hi damcd -

I tried verifying this from county records but to no avail. I'll work with you offline and sent you an email for follow up.

Thank you.

When you "flag" it for correction, put in the comments that you would like an E-mail regarding the status and the decision.

You can also E-mail customer service:
E-mail customer service link

Or you can go to the profile for the Customer service supervisor:
Russ Hatfield
and click on the "contact me" button under his profile picture on that page to send him a direct E-mail, and include the address or a link to the home details page in question, for him to have someone look specifically into why this inquiry seems to be falling through the cracks.

By the way, if there was a more recent sale, it may just be taking time to get recorded at the county level and may be taking time for the local data collection company to be collecting those county records.
