If you are listing with a flat fee broker, you will need to discuss with them what websites their advertising covers. It is possible they already send it to Zillow. If they do, establishing it on postlets and on Zillow may start to cause some trumping issues (i.e. only one can win and Zillow has set priorities on which one wins).
Zestimate: the only ways to change the Zestimate are to edit data on the home (such as size, rooms etc). If there are data from the public record that are incorrect (such as last sales price/date, tax assessment), then contact Zillow about having them corrected. Changes take a couple of months or more to reflect fully in the Zestimate.
