Fleets Neck Beach Community

Once people discover this community they usually ask what homes are for sale or rent. We have had an uptick in activity with second home and vacation home purchasers.
For example the Fleets Neck community has new construction homes being built that speak to the vintage heritage of the neighborhood with Farmhouse and Craftsman styled architecture.
The Fleets Neck Community offers a wide sugar sand beach that overlooks Peconic Bay and is at the head of three waterways. The kayaking, boating, and fishing opportunities are well known by the local residents. Cutchogue Park District Beach is located at the end of Pequash Ave and offers a waterview playground for the kids, lifeguard, restrooms and picnic tables under the shade trees.
When you spend time in the community, you will see people walking for exercise, enjoying each others company or heading to or from the beaches.  The residents host a dance and picnic every year for the Fleets Neck Association Members. These dates are scheduled on everyones calendar as soon as they are posted.  Nobody wants to miss these events each summer!
