There are many methods involve in real estate investing but there are two that are common, flipping houses and wholesaling. Which one do you think is better?

That is purely situational.  The location and condition of the house, the resources available to the investor, the housing market at the time and place, what the investor needs to get out of the deal...I do not think there is a right answer except assess the risk carefully.

"Basically flipping homes is the act of buying and quickly selling it for profit. Wholesaling houses on the other hand, is the process of placing a property under a contract and assigning the said contract to another buyer, who will close the transaction. Between the two the former is more popular as many people are more familiar with it."

Both of them can get you into trouble if you are not experienced. In this market, I would vote for neither one.
