I'm new to Zillow, and I'd like to get some opinions about Florida Waterfront property, especially the Destin and Santa Rosa Beach areas. Anyone have any thoughts about where the prices are headed?

Sorry Robert, I'm not familiar with the real estate market in that area. I specialize in the Treasure Coast Area ( Port. St Lucie,Fort. Pierce, Stuart, Jensen Beach ) The market in this area has seemed to have flattened out.
