This small cottage was recently offered in the MLS for $189,900. The listing expired on 4/27/2009. The problem with this house is the tiny little lot. It is listed as 85 ft. x 70 ft. in the MLS, but it is not rectangular in shape. The land is too small to have any value because you can't build a 2,500 sq. ft. new home there.
