For sale by owner homes on Zillow

There are 6 homes ForSaleByOwner in my area for the past year, and yet zillow only lists one.  It seems the forsalebyowner listings are ommitted or not updated regularly ?

The owners of these FSBO properties would need to post them on the zillow site and pay the required fee.

You may check each addresses on the site to see if these homes are still listed for sale. The reason these properties may no longer be showing for sale on Zillow is because the listing has expired or already cancelled.
