Well so far I have found one home listed in Atlanta and zero in LA, SF and Phoenix. I'd say the exposure is lacking. There are other companies, sites and methods to sell FSBO and a lot of excellent advise available on these discussions.

There are literally 000's of for sale by owner web sites. If you didn't know about the site then probably others don't know about it either.

Hopefully jkonstant was referring to the info on the thread attached to the link below. He was a contributor, as were other star Zillow agents. There is also information posted by other folks that have had FSBO experience including me. You might want to check if Iggyshouse is available in your area as well.

It looks totally legit and you get a free web page. I just wanted to know if anyone had experience with it <A HREF="http://www.forsalebyownerhomes.com" TARGET="_blank">forsalebyownerhomes.com</A>

www.IggysHouse.com has FREE MLS listings. I'm using it now and it is getting sellers agents and prospective buyers who are searching the net into my place.

Iggy's House is a joke. They've been kicked off many MLSs because it's impossible to ever reach the agent, and they will enter you on MLS anywhere they can, and it's often not the right MLS. Also, you will NEVER be able to communicate with anybody if there is a problem or a mistake in your listing.
Not that it's relevant, but I noticed cjp800 used the href tag to try to make a link, but rockinblu and asnigro (who seem to be promoting Iggy's House) managed to add a link. How do you make a link on a post on this site?

I had a lot of technical problems with Iggys as well as problems with realtors reaching my representative. They printed an incorrect contact number for me on the MLS. They did correct the errors, which I caught, but it was another level of frustration.
Unless you are in a stable area where FSBO is popular, I would hire a realtor. We did relist with a realtor.

Hey Guys, I'm also currently using Iggyshouse. So Far so good. I promise to write a better review when the house is sold. I've had good communication with them through email, and no problems with my listing. I did ask about them on here before using them and was given a link to verify that they would list my house on the correct MLS.
It really is great to get on the MLS for free, So I hope it all works out for the best. Even though I understand that some areas don't have iggyshouse or get listed incorrectly.

CJP800 as a current buyer I have spent many of the past weekends driving around with lists that i printed off the public MLS of houses I want to look at. I usually don't even bother to stop and look at FSBO houses unless they have some WOW factor. There are so many houses on the market right now I can't even look at all the ones on my list. If a FSBO house isn't already on my list I assume that it isn't on the MLS and I don't have the time to waste on something that experiance has taught me isn't going to be any different than lots of other houses and will probably be over priced. I have also noticed that FSBO sellers really try to "sell" you their house and really do a lousey job.

I heard the FSBO's site you pay up front for the service and for each additional service you may need. Whether or not it sells, you pay 1st! So it is a great for the owners of the service.
Other than that it is not real prominent in this area as far as I can see.

You do need to be careful that the service you use will get you listed on the corrrect MLS system (with Iggys for instance, you want to go to http://www.iggyshouse.com/Services/FreeMLSListings.aspx to check which MLS they would use for your listing.
The individual FSBO websites don't really give you the exposure that you need, you really want to ensure that you get listed on the local MLS system.

I am considering using the Century21 flat fee service, has anyone used it? Or any flat fee service?
