Hi User415493,
I can assure you that accuracy is VERY important to us at ForeclosureRadar. Please contact our support team at support@foreclosureradar.com with your property address and we will IMMEDIATELY research the issue. We do see abstraction errors, APN error and other recording errors that can cause these problems. Sometimes the problem dates back to the recording of the Deed of Trust and other times it is a mistake on the Notice of Default. We will not only research the issue and make any necessary corrections but we will also supply you with copies of the recorded documents showing any errors and let you know if there is additional action required on your part. We are always happy to help and it is critical that you share this address with us so that we can resolve this matter.

I can tell you that not all their info is accurate. Because of them, my husband and I have received a ton of harrasement mailings and phone calls regarding our "upcoming foreclosure sale date". Fortunately, we aren't delinquent, we aren't behind and AREN'T being foreclosed on. I verified with our bank, and our county records office that someone hadn't taken a second mortgage out in our name. We contact a handful of the people who sent us mailings and they told us they got the info from foreclosureradar.com.

Hi Janis,
ForeclosureRadar tracks all Notice of Defaults and Notice of Trustee Sales. You can search these notices using over 80 different search criteria (including lender name and number of open loans), you can set up an alert to send you a daily summary email on any new notices in your area, and you can use the saved search feature to easily see (in 3 clicks) any new notices that match your search parameters.
Unlike any of the other foreclosure tracking services ForeclosureRadar also manually tracks all of the trustee sales so that you can see a list of all properties going to sale, see the opening bids, track cancellations and postponements AND in most cases see same day auction results so that you know which properties are now Bank Owned and which sold to a 3rd party investor. This of course also includes the winning bids.
