Foreclosure homes for sale without address

I have noticed that there are PLENTY of foreclosure homes for sale without address in the city of El Centro, CA. How can I find out those addresses?

I would like to add that an agent with MLS acess can also set up a notifier that will automatically notify you for "FREE" of any REO's or any other type of property that hits the market.

Ask yourself, you pay for the inaccurate (for your purposes) information from this service... You now want to go see these houses, are you going to just show up at the door of these, many times, extremely upset and depressed people's homes to rub their unfortunate situation in their face, hopefully not while their friends/family/children are present? Then what?

Perhaps they haven't even told their family members that they were having money problems yet... Do you want to be the one who breaks it to their loved ones first?

Anyhow, I am sure you get the idea that I am not a fan of this predator service...

Agents provide a free service to their clients, only to be paid upon a successful sale, "By the Seller." They can provide you with all the current information that you need for free and since you will have to use the services of an agent anyways (banks don't work directly with the public), why not do it right the first time?

You wouldn't believe the amount of shifting I have to go through checking on homes that don't exist for people then when they log onto my site which is linked to the "REAL" MLS, all our head aches go away an everything runs smooth after that.

To get around Foreclosure.com's not posting the address, but posting the street; run a check on the street to see what is active. If it isn't active it is a waste of everyone's time.

Good luck!

When filtering the foreclosure lists on the Zillow searches, make sure you set a minimum price, a minimum # bedrooms, a minimum # of bathrooms, a minimum lot size, and a minimum square footage.

This should filter out most of the "foreclosure.com" junk.

Take a closer look at those listings.

Did you notice "Listing website Foreclosure.com "?

To see full details on this home, or learn more, visit Foreclosure.com. When you click on the link you find.

It says PRE-FORECLOSURE Then it says complete details with FREE TRIAL.

Here is what it really means. The house is not foreclosed on. It is not for sale. You can not buy it. Once you sign up giving them your credit card number you will realize they cheated. Do not be surprised if they do not cancel even when told to.

Someone is behind on a payment. The house may never be for sale. When it does go for sale the price will almost certainly look NOTHING like you see now.

If you want a real foreclosure that is for sale it WILL have the address listed. Any agent in any office can get you information about any property for sale on the MLS. The MLS is the database realtors use to see what is for sale. It gives location and price.
