Something is not working on my search.  I am searching in a broad area and NO foreclosures are showing up?  What am I paying $40/month for?  I am looking in Long Beach and Huntington Beach.  It is saying that 314 are for sale but 0 for foreclosures?  Same thing happened in Chino.
Please let me know what I am paying for?

You will find forclosures in LongBeach, but you will only get a few in HB.
