Foreign Investment Lending

Hi All

I am a foreign investor (in Australia) and am looking to break into the property market in the US - specifically Atlanta. At this stage we are looking for finance options to buy 2-3 properties.

Can anyone out there help us? We have a well established credit rating in Australia (we have had investment properties over here previously) and were wondering if a copy of our credit report would assist at all??

We are looking for 60-70% borrowing and have the rest in cash ready to go.

If you don't get that many answers from Zillow advice.  I would recommend looking at our professional tab.  In this tab you can enter the Atlanta, Georgia. It will list lenders that are in that area. Good luck on your search.
