Foundation

My house has serious foundation problems caused by the heavy rains 9/21/09 - FEMA no #1660-0002 - lowest estimate for repair was $32.000 at that time. The home would not pass an inspection and metal supports have been used temporarily.
Should this be shown or will it affect my value.

Thanks guys, i have been noticing my property value increasing which was great, but the house is totally under water literally, especially when it rains as the water runs down hill to my house, however it does have the best landscaping and curb appeal in the hood as that was my number one priority.

Always be honest up front when filling out a "Seller's Disclosure" even if you are selling it By Owner.  It will affect your value but that doesn't mean it won't sell.  There also might be issues with people who might have to use a mortgage to buy your home.  If there are obvious issues that need repair, then it will be tough to get a loan approved.  You might have to do the repair or sell to a Cash only buyer.

Should it be shown on your Zestimate? Frankly it would be irrelevant as the Zestimate doesn't take into account structural issues and isn't used to value your home in the marketplace.

If you're talking about selling your home, you would need to disclose the structural issue with buyers - and price the home accordingly.
