With President Obama just releasing a government stimulus package to ignite the economy,first time home buyers, that have not owned a primary residence, are now able to take advantage of an $8,000 tax credit.  Many first time home buyers are unaware of the tax credit currently being offered until December 1, 2009.

Attendees will discover money-saving tips and advice from expert real estate professionals, tax advisors, mortgage brokers, and others on how to buy a home in today's South Florida market in the heart of Coral Springs, Florida on Thursday, June 4, 2009 from 6:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m. at Stonegate Bank. Stonegate Bank is located at 1750 University Drive, just South of Royal Palm Blvd.
Seminar topics will cover what an FHA loan is and how to purchase with as little as 3.5% down.   Attendees will also learn how to buy bank foreclosures, short sales, and properties from motivated sellers that are desperate to sell and even ready to help pay for closing costs.
