Freedom's wholesale rates are available on their website, freedomwholesale is the domain. You will need a log-in to access the rate sheets, which is typical for most lenders.

There are some lenders who post their sheets without login required, you can usually find their website by picking your favorite lender and searching their name along with the word wholesale, then you can see if a rate sheet can be found without credentials.

Although there is about a 3 hour time delay from the rate-sheets, Zillow "quotes" can be looked up, and provide the "retail" adjustment to the wholesale rate sheets.

OR, if you just want to follow the market in general, you can use the link:
http://www.zillow.com/mortgage-rates/
and click on "interactive graph" in the right margin to get the hourly, daily, ... ZMM quote averages.

Or, if you just want to see what is available at any given point in time, you can put in a quote request on the same page... the quotes arrive in just a couple minutes.

Or if you would like to read commentary on the mortgage interest rate movement and economic factors affecting it, you can read the thread:
http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Rates-on-the-move-again/412191/

In most cases, individual rate sheets from separate lending sources are "worthless" to anyone other than a loan officer or broker for that lending source.

If you have gotten a quote that you are questioning, you are better off posting the specifics of the quote you are questioning and let other loan officers address that specific issue.

What adjustments, in particular, are you interested in? Are you dealing with a Broker, Banker, or a brokering entity of a depository nature. The rebate can't be hidden by a Broker. What state are you in?

Gang-rate sheets are not that difficult to decipher. Rebate and adjustments for my particular loan type are what I'm after. I know what I'm looking for and know how to read the sheet.

We may need to fingerprint you and perform an FBI background check before we let you see that sensitive info. Did you ask your loan source what you want  to know? There are few secrets on a rate sheet.

Mike,

A rate sheet isn't going to do you any good. They change so often and as Barb eluded to, they are not that easy to decipher for the general public. Most lenders also prohibit dissemination of these for the reasons I stated above.

I don't believe Barb was being condescending; I actually thought the same thing about the thousands of rate sheets when I first read your post. In fact, many wholesale lenders have multiple rate sheets all at the same time for Borrower paid transactions, varying levels of broker tiers and different compensation plans.

If you want an example, just do a search for "sample wholesale rate sheet" and you should be able to pull up an example. The first one that shows up from a bank should give you a good idea of the complexity of daily rate sheets and why it's not something made available for public consumption.

Yes Barb, all 5,000 of them. Lets start with freedom mortgage...is that simple enough for you to point me in the direction where I can see a rate sheet?  If this doesn't exist, then tell me that. Instead, you felt the need to send a condescending, degrading response. Thanks for that.

For which lenders? All 5,000-ish of them? Lenders don't publish rate sheets for the public to view, plus you would have a devil of a time deciphering them. Joking aside, you need to find the right lender and then ask for daily quotes if you're not ready to lock the rate.

I think all rate sheets are free, but the problem is they change daily and sometimes several times a day.
