I just had an agent in my office write an offer on their own listing from a call we got from placing our listing on craigslist.com

I wouldn't believe it myself had it not happened to me! The listing was not a bargain "deal"...just a standard listing $350K

postlets.com will put your listing on Zillow, Trulia and many other sites.

You can also send a message to your Facebook friends and Twitter by using the + sign on your listing page. It's free - they make their money selling Google ads.
