Furnished rentals in Honolulu seem reasonable - scam or does the market have that much available?

Aloha Jay,

Be careful if you are using craigslist some people find vacant listings and put them online for cheap Rent. They then have you send a deposit and first months rent. When you arrive in Honolulu expecting to have a home for rent but you find the home is For Sale or in foreclosure.
Sometimes they will tell you the keys to house are in lock box and let yourself in. RED FLAG.....

Always make sure you are working with a Licensed Realtor.....Check them out with the local board.

PS: If it sound to good to be true..... You know the rest....JFK
