Even though your post is spam, I hope Zillow will leave it up because it contains an important message. IMHO, after not reading contracts, it is single most reason people run into problems.
Oh... Anthony, writing in caps is considered "shouting" and not polite on forums.
Even on "as is" houses, we always encourage buyers to get everything checked out by an inspector to know the magnitude of what they are getting in to. Saves a lot of headaches that way..
That's really odd. My agent (i've taken my house off of the market) told me that banks would not allow inspections on foreclosed homes and you are not allowed to inspect "as is" homes. I thought it sounded like BS.
